    So the CTA has looked at the Kylian Mbappé spot kick against Racing Santander and come back with a verdict: Real Madrid shouldn't have had it. Their reasoning is that the referee made a clear and obvious error, and VAR caught it. "It was NOT A PENALTY. A clear and obvious error by the referee. VAR"
