The person behind the mistreatment got caught after officials pulled a puppy from the Torre del Sol Condominium in San Salvador, El Salvador
The police patch clearly says POLICIA NACIONAL so this was definitely a coordinated raid in El Salvador and not some random incident. It is good that they caught the person responsible for mistreating the pug at Torre del Sol.
