IShowSpeed just dropped the first trailer for THE EYES OF GHANA, their very first production. This documentary follows Ghanaian cinematographer Chris Hesse as he works to recover over 1,000 films documenting Africa's independence struggle during the 1950s and 60s. The story centers on Kwame Krumah who envisioned a free Africa from colonial rule and a United States of Africa ruled by Africans. Krumah created enemies including America, and the CIA allegedly organized efforts to destroy his story and banned his films. Fortunately, the makers kept these films safely in London because they did not know their contents. There is now a duty to preserve these films so history is not erased. #IShowSpeed
