Tyler Robinson's legal team says the state never showed he knowingly put anyone else in danger besides Charlie Kirk. At last month's preliminary hearing, prosecutors brought video, DNA, and ballistics, but the defense now claims probable cause wasn't proven that Robinson created a great risk of death to another person other than Kirk and himself. They also object to hearsay, including a taped interview with roommate and partner Lance Twiggs, who said Robinson confessed. Court is back September 1 for closing arguments, then Judge Graff decides. He may not rule from the bench, so a ruling could land after September 10, the anniversary of Kirk's assassination at a Turning Point USA event.
HE KNEW. HE KNEW. He knew exactly what he was doing and the state cant prove it smh
