The Hillsborough County sheriff's office has officially labeled this a targeted incident after a vehicle rammed into the pavilion of a Citibank location. The driver stepped out carrying a weapon that looked like an AK-style assault rifle before witnesses saw them head toward a cafeteria area where gunfire suddenly erupted. Multiple shots were fired which caused panic and flight among everyone present, with eyewitness accounts specifically noting the shooter firing at an individual near the cafeteria. The gunman has been killed during the event and at least one fatality occurred while information regarding the relationship between the shooter and the victim remains unavailable to the public right now.
