FRN: OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUÉ NO. 001/FRN/10/2026. It is brought to the knowledge of the national and international public opinion that on October 12, 2026, a politico-military movement named Front for the Re-foundation of the Nation (FRN) was created. The signing of its constitutive act as well as the official launch of the FRN consecrate the dissolution of the Congo River Alliance (AFC), which it succeeds by right of succession and assumes all rights, obligations, and commitments of the latter, including those subscribed to within the framework of the Doha negotiations.
