Rep. Andy Ogles says the House should move fast on impeachment articles against Judge Amir Ali. His claim is that the paperwork is already drafted and just waiting for a vote. His reasoning, in his own words: "I have articles of impeachment on this judge collecting dust, ready to be passed. Every day he's on the bench, he rules against our principles simply because he hates Trump." The ruling that set this off came from Ali, a foreign-born activist Biden put on the bench. It requires Trump DHS to send public money to places that allow noncitizens to cast ballots. That is a jurist acting like he holds the Oval Office. He has no such authority, and he keeps stretching past his own. Biden picked him, and trampling the Constitution is the whole job description. Rogue judge. Remove him from the bench, then get the impeachment votes moving.
