President Abelardo de la Espriella of Colombia is taking a hard line against narco-terrorism by personally hauling a criminal into a hangar. Geovany Andrés Rojas, known as El Tigre, was a top leader of the armed group Comandos de la Frontera accused of major drug trafficking and causing deaths. US Marshals and the DEA then loaded him onto a United States plane for transport to San Diego, where he arrived with DEA and FBI agents.
